The house museum of Gara Garayev, the composer of the ballets Seven Beauties, Path of Thunder, Leyli and Majnun, is a wonderful place to explore both the creativity and different periods of the composer's life. While visiting different rooms of the museum, you can get acquainted with books from Gara Garayev's personal library, posters of performances in different cities, personal belongings, copies of manuscripts, sound recordings, sketches for ballets. The museum's collection includes more than 3,000 materials. The composer’s grand piano is one of the highlights, drawing attention and takes one into the world of the genius composer’s music.
Exhibits related to Gara Garayev's hobbies are also on display in the museum. The composer was an amateur photographer and had a keen interest in motorcycles. Here, you can see some of his cameras and photographs taken by him.
