agritourism havenat Sheki’s Bio Garden
Bio Garden is not only a favourite spot for those interested in agritourism, but also for anyone seeking tranquillity in nature’s embrace. This complex, which emerged from the idea of developing contemporary agritourism in 2009, has been welcoming visitors since 2018. Here, you will come across fruits, vegetables and berries, cultivated using organic methods from various regions of Azerbaijan and various countries around the world. Visitors can even enjoy farm-to-table experiences with natural, pesticide-free fruits and learn about cultivation techniques.
The area is truly magnificent, with everything from fruit orchards to a small fish farm and recreational huts. The vast fruit orchards, which cultivate lemons, kiwis, grapefruits, oranges and tangerines, captivate people from a distance with their lush greenery. Once you arrive, you will not want to leave the verdure and tranquillity that permeate every corner. You can also spot colourful birds imported from the Netherlands, Canada and Australia, which add a special touch to the farm's ambiance.
For first-time visitors, the farmer and family members offer guided tours of the agricultural estate and share interesting information. During the summer, the facility operates a restaurant and tea house that serve delicious dishes. If you plan to visit during other seasons, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
