Lankaran hot springs soothe and restore

Known for its beautiful nature, delicious cuisine and rich culture, Lankaran’s health sites also attract tourists from all over the world. The mineral springs, thermal baths and spa services in Lankaran District guarantee a restful and rejuvenating stay for visitors.

Lankaran hot springssoothe and restore

One of the top hot spring locations in Lankaran are the healing waters of Istisu. Local residents have been using this water for therapeutic purposes since ancient times. The sulphur-rich water that emerges here, with its beneficial chemical composition and remedial effects, is second to none, even when compared to the sulphur spring resort of Matsesta, near Sochi. Here, you can access hot mineral-rich water that gushes out from under the ground, which has an extremely soothing effect on those who visit.

Surrounded by a peaceful boxwood forest, another source of thermal waters is located at Ibadi, in the highest part of the town of Haftoni. Hot water here also comes directly out of the ground and has unique healing properties, considered highly beneficial for rheumatological and skin diseases. Every opportunity is created for visitors’ relaxation amid beautiful nature.

Moreover, Lankaran Springs Wellness Resort hotel and sanatorium, built on top of hot springs from underground sources in Haftoni, has elevated medical treatment with mineral waters to a completely new level. Here, in addition to treatment with hot water rich in beneficial microelements, spa and other thermal procedures are offered.
