"I Believe" Monodrama on the Stage of the Academic Musical Theatre

On December 18 at 7:00 PM, the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theatre will present the monodrama "I Believe", written by young playwright Ulviyya Heydarova and directed by Leonid Kletsin.

This psychological drama stars the People’s Artist and recipient of the “Shohrat” Order, Shukufa Yusupova, portraying a grieving mother who has lost her son in war.

The performance vividly depicts the universal tragedy of war and its devastating impact on a woman’s life. Through a deeply emotional lens, it explores themes of maternal love, patriotism, and cherished memories.
