This summer, Azerbaijan invites you to experience a season packed with excitement. From international music festivals and fashion events to family attractions, sporting spectacles, and cultural celebrations, the country offers countless reasons to visit.

From 1 June to 15 July, Deniz Mall will transform into a magical destination for families during the Deniz Kids Festival. Colourful decorations, favourite cartoon characters, exciting shows, and endless entertainment promise unforgettable summer moments for children and parents alike.

From 1 June to 31 July, CandyFest invites visitors into a world of sweet summer fun. The festival features themed attractions, delicious treats, entertainment zones, and activities for the whole family. As the sun sets, the atmosphere comes alive with the festival’s signature water circus, combining music, light effects, acrobatics, and water performances in a truly unforgettable spectacle.

Baku becomes the centre of style and creativity as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Azerbaijan takes over the city from 12 to 14 June. Showcasing the latest collections from both renowned and rising designers, the event blends fashion, music, and artistic expression, with international DJs adding energy and atmosphere to every show.

Taking place from 12 to 14 June, Nine Senses Fest 2026 transforms Baku into a space for inspiration, connection, and personal growth. Visitors can take part in workshops, lectures, live performances, concerts, and mindfulness sessions designed to nurture harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

Continuing the summer festival season, Boolood Festival will bring its unique atmosphere to Baku on 20 June. The Central Botanical Garden will transform into an enchanting setting where nature, music, and light installations come together to create a magical evening experience. One week later, on 27 June, the celebration moves to Baku Boulevard, featuring performances by renowned musicians and DJs

One of the season’s biggest sporting highlights will be UFC Fight Night Baku on 27 June at the National Gymnastics Arena. Fans of mixed martial arts from around the world will gather in the Azerbaijani capital to witness an evening of world-class action, headlined by a highly anticipated bout between Azerbaijan’s Rafael Fiziev and Mexico’s Manuel Torres.

Music enthusiasts won't want to miss DREAM FEST 2026, taking place on the Caspian coast from 23 to 26 July. Featuring four days of live performances, open-air venues, and a lively festival atmosphere by the sea, it promises to be one of the season’s standout events.

The world of wrestling turns its attention to Baku this summer. From 27 July to 2 August, rising stars from across the globe will compete in the U17 World Wrestling Championships. The excitement continues at the end of August, when the city hosts the World Junior Beach Wrestling Championships and a senior World Series event for the first time.

The Gabala International Music Festival returns from 29 July to 3 August, continuing its tradition as one of the region’s most distinguished cultural events. Bringing together acclaimed musicians, orchestras, and performers from around the world, the festival will also feature a special appearance by British singer Frederic Ferrier.
