A memorial evening dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the distinguished representative of our mugham performance art, People’s Artist Islam Rzayev, is being held as part of the International Mugham Center’s “Unudulmayanlar” project.
The event will reflect on the artistic journey of this esteemed musician, who established unique traditions and left an enduring mark on mugham performance. The program will feature a concert of mugham and tasnifs performed by renowned khanendes.
