Your driver will be waiting for you 60 minutes from the landing time (arrival transfer) or up to 15 min from the requested pick-up time and in the hotel lobby (departure transfer) For departure transfer, please be advised that pick-up is scheduled 3,5 hours prior to flight departure time.

What to Expect
Just as you arrive to Baku International Airport, your driver will greet you with a name plate and transfer to your hotel in the Baku city. This is a private transfer which means that you will not share a car with anyone apart from your booking. The cars used for this service are less than 5 years old. Private transfers can make your stay much more simple and enjoyable.
Don't go through all the stress of taking a taxi or facing long shuttle queues and make the best of your journey from the moment you arrive on Baku Airport. The driver is well trained and will make sure that you have a smooth ride from door to door.

Please be advised, that your driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are always monitored, so in the event of a delay, your driver will still be waiting for you.
