You will be picked up from your place early in the morning. Spend half a day exploring the mud volcanoes and prehistoric rock art in Azerbaijan. Your private guide will take you to the mud volcanoes in Dashgil, where the landscape has been compared to the barren surface of Mars. At arrival to Gobustan you will be surprised with brand new, modern and very informative museum. After visiting the museum you will see the actual petroglyphs of Gobustan. We can proudly say that this is going to be the oldest thing that you’ve ever seen in your life. Walking in arid nature, exploring petroglyph sites and enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Explore the history and bubbling mud volcanoes of Azerbaijan.
After walking we’ll head for mud volcanoes. Of course on the way we’ll see the roman inscription from 1th century which was left there by emperor Domitianus army.
